Return & Refund Policy

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase; thus we ensure that we conduct quality check on all items prior to delivery. However, it is important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: That all orders processed are considered final. Thus we encourage you to double-check before finishing your transaction. We do not accept return of items for reason of size since the exact measurements are provided for you when you click the item you want.

Wrong Item Received:

If the item received is completely different from the one you ordered, customers should email to within 2 days from date of receipt, along with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the unboxing of the item. After confirmation, PT. Royal Stardom Indonesia will bear the delivery cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the wrong item/s in the original packaging and exchange with the right item.

Goods Damaged in Transit or Return of Faulty Goods:

If an item is damaged in transit or faulty, you must contact us at within 2 business days of receiving the damaged/faulty item, along with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the unboxing of the item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us and either send you a replacement or repair the item or issue a refund.


PT. Royal Stardom Indonesia reserves the right to refuse returns and/or full or partial refund for any order that does not comply with the above mentioned requirements. Once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is incorrect or faulty, items cannot be returned to us.

For Returns, please send us an email along with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the unboxing of the item. You must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 2 business days from the day the item was received by you. If it has been more than 2 days, you can no longer make the exchange.

Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods. Prior to returning the item, please contact us on and we will guide you through our simple returns process.

Any credit card refunds will take up to 3 weeks to a month due to several approvals by the third party authorities. Investigation and validation need to be conducted by respective banks after the request for refund is submitted. The refund amount will be credited into your next month's credit card billing statement once the refund is approved.
